Dear Gardens Residents, Family Members and Staff:
We confirmed late yesterday that another resident has tested positive for COVID-19. Residents and staff continue to be tested. Unfortunately, as you know, with this new positive case, the clock starts again for no indoor visitation. Please note that all staff members have been tested twice resulting in no positive cases.
In accordance with CMS guidelines, when a new case of COVID-19 among residents and staff is identified, we are required to commence outbreak testing and will continue to suspend all indoor visitation until at least one round of facility-wide testing is completed.

If you are unable to come to the community, virtual visits are available 7 days per week between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. A virtual visit can be scheduled by emailing Sam Goodman, Director of Life Enrichment, at email@example.com.
Please keep in mind even though a staff member, resident or you are vaccinated, you can still carry and pass on the virus to an unvaccinated staff member, resident, or visitor. All visitors must have a mask that covers both mouth and nose and may not remove it until they have left the premises. Visitors who are observed disregarding the requirements to mask and observe social distancing during their visits, will be asked to leave.
