Dear Residents and Family Members:
Earlier today Beth Sholom was informed that two more residents have tested positive for the coronavirus. One has been transferred to a local hospital while the other is receiving treatment at Beth Sholom. The two new patients were residing on the same floor in our nursing facility. Out of an abundance of caution, the staff members who were treating these patients have been placed on 14-day quarantine and at this moment are showing no symptoms. Beth Sholom is staying in contact with the local health department and our team continues to work diligently to ensure we are following all CDC recommendations. In addition, health department officials are assisting us in determining how our three residents contracted the virus.
We are committed to keeping our families up to date on the developments within our facilities. We thank you for the trust you have placed in us to care for your loved ones. We will do our very best to earn that trust each and every day.
